Building Cultures, Shaping Futures

The GOA Project

A three-day immersive learning experience designed to help organizations and leaders move beyond surface-level inclusion and transform into cultures where people truly belong.

We replace superficial checklists with rigorous psychological safety and actionable strategies to build cultures where talent stays.

DEI Bootcamp 2027

20 - 22 January 2027

OUR CRUCIBLE

Facing uncomfortable truths.

Rooted in real workplace dynamics and delivered by leading subject-matter experts, this bootcamp combines insightful masterclasses, experiential learning, reflection, and dialogue—set in the inspiring, free spirited natural environment of Goa.

Our attempt is to create a space to learn, unlearn, reflect, and re-commit to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as a strategic business priority and human concern.

This is not a conference.
This is not a lecture series.
This is a Transformational Odyssey.

This retreat is an intensive crucible for leaders ready to do the heavy work of structural transformation, combining daytime strategy with restorative sundown dialogues.

Why Goa?

Goa offers the perfect setting to:

  • Maintain psychological distance from everyday pressures

  • Engage in honest, courageous conversations without the fear of judgment

  • Learn in a setting that encourages openness, creativity, and connection

  • Network in a neutral destination that is accessible from major towns of India

Each day ends with curated excursions and sundown activities, allowing learning to continue learning informally through shared experiences, conversations, and cultural immersion.
