A lawyer by qualification and a practitioner of Transactional Analysis with a specialisation in Cognitive Drill Therapy, Sneha has recently completed her MA in Psychology, further strengthening her understanding of human behaviour, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and workplace dynamics.
Her academic research has also explored an often-overlooked dimension of gender conversations—men and their stress-coping mechanisms. This work reflects her belief that meaningful Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging cannot be built by looking at gender through a single lens. It requires us to understand the experiences, vulnerabilities, conditioning, and coping patterns of all genders.
Sneha is particularly passionate about moving the conversation from “compliance” to “culture”—because a workplace can have policies, committees and annual training on paper, and still fail to make people feel safe or included.
For Sneha, inclusion is not merely about giving people a seat at the table. It is about creating a table where people feel safe enough to speak, respected enough to disagree, and valued enough to belong.
