Cancellation, Refund, Transfer and Other Terms & Conditions

All registrations for DEI Bootcamp 2027 – The Goa Project are confirmed and non-refundable once payment has been received.

However, if you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another delegate from the same organisation, subject to the following conditions:

• The replacement delegate must be nominated at least 15 days before the commencement of the Bootcamp.

• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the Bootcamp organisers by sending an email to registration@deibootcamp.in and must include the original participant's and replacement delegate's details.

• The replacement delegate must meet the eligibility requirements of the program and provide any information required for registration.

• No refunds, credits, partial refunds or adjustments will be provided for non-attendance, late cancellation, early departure or unused components of the program.

• Any difference in applicable registration fee, accommodation category or other charges arising from the transfer will be payable before the replacement delegate is confirmed.

• Registrations are not transferable to a future edition of the Bootcamp.

Changes to the Programme

The organisers reserve the right to modify the speakers, session sequence, activities, venue, accommodation arrangements or program schedule where circumstances require. Every effort will be made to maintain the overall learning experience and program quality.

In the unlikely event that the Bootcamp is cancelled or postponed by the organisers, registered participants will be informed and appropriate options will be communicated.

Force Majeure

The organisers will not be liable for failure or changes to the program arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, travel disruptions or other force majeure events. In such circumstances, the organisers will communicate available options to registered participants.

Accommodation & Experiences

For residential registrations, accommodation is subject to the package selected and availability. Room allocation, excursion arrangements and sundown experiences may be subject to change based on operational requirements, weather and venue availability.

Participants are responsible for their travel to and from Goa, personal expenses, travel insurance, stay expenses if not opted for a residential package, and any expenses not expressly included in their selected package.

Taxes

All fees mentioned on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable GST and other statutory charges will be added to the registration fee as required under Indian law.

Acceptance of Terms

Completion of registration and payment constitutes acceptance of these Cancellation, Transfer and Participation Terms.

The organisers reserve the right to update these terms where necessary. The terms applicable on the date of registration will govern the participant's booking..
